This experience was genuinely terrifying. The VHS aesthetic and unexpectedness of the story was a perfect blend, not to mention the developer doesn't resort to easy jumpscares. Well done, dev! You are a true story teller.

Hello, I played this game and I really enjoyed this, the environment and sound effects were great, took me a while to realize that I can read the notes by zooming in but it was cool, good work :)

Hey, wanted to say the VHS look of your game is fantastic. Did you create this look from scratch in Unity?

(+1)

Hey! For the VHS look, I used an asset called Retro Look Pro.

Thank you for the quick reply!

The calm and tense atmosphere is gold!
I enjoyed playing it, for what it was. The story is more intriguing than the gameplay, although overall, the effects and texture quality, with the style of VHS is great. Looking forward for more from you, developer.

I think this game does a lot with a little. The atmosphere is fantastic and the more you explore and learn about what's going on only increases it. Great job.

This was a truly great experience. Atmospheric horror at its finest. With an interesting and mysterious story, superbly immersive graphics, and unsettling feel, you can't ask for more. I love finding games like this that don't rely on jump scares to be genuinely creepy. Great work!!

This was really good man! Not sure how a game with no jumpscares or enemies put so much fear into me :D

Really enjoyed this! Very creepy-- I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was behind me the whole time. Nice use of the CRT filter, too. Excellent work!

The game had a great atmosphere and great pacing as well. You even did good on using scraps of news articles and letters to input lore into the game. Great job. I'll most definitely keep an eye on you for your next game.

Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/c/Levont

very well done, atmosphere is really good. And the game is not too bright or too dark. I like it. Good story telling aswell. Keep up the good work.

It seems interesting!Unfortunately...I had experienced a bug..and I had to restart the game again! But alright!

(+1)

Yeah, some people were experiencing the same bug. It was a very odd one, but I believe it should be gone now. Thank you for your feedback!

A great experience to frank, i really like the sounds and the atmostphere, especially when the heartbeat accelerates and just bumping in my headphone, which made it unsettling as hell. However it's kinda weird why the guy couldnt climb out the window, must be the moon then, the part when the camera first dropped, i thought that the guy was probably dead, but he somehow survived that, with his camera still in his hand at the end? To sum it up, the game's a very promising project for a undergraduate thesis, it will easily surpass other indie games you can find daily on itch.io lol. Good luck with the results.
